Job summary

Sii Poland seeks a Product Owner/Product Manager who can blend Salesforce expertise with a product-minded business focus. You will develop and enhance key Salesforce-based solutions that improve experiences for employees, managers, and operations in an international setting.

You will lead backlog priorities, shape the product vision, and collaborate with stakeholders across countries. The role emphasizes agile delivery, workshops, and bridging business needs with technical teams in Poland.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant with business focus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs, prioritise requirements, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working with product teams.
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills for international collaboration.
• Living in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve Salesforce-based products, focusing on Service Cloud.
• Manage the product backlog and define priorities with business stakeholders.
• Co-create the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction.
• Analyse user needs and translate into business and functional requirements.
• Coordinate communication with stakeholders across countries and teams.
• Monitor adoption, gather feedback, identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate implementation of new features and support change adoption.
