Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Product Owner to shape Salesforce Service Cloud based products for an international environment. You will manage backlogs, align with stakeholders, and help define the product vision and roadmap.

The role requires 4+ years in product roles, strong business mindset, and fluency in English and Polish. You will collaborate across countries, drive adoption of new features, and bridge business and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Owner/Manager/Business Analyst/Salesforce Consultant with a business focus
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Proven backlog management, prioritisation, and multi-stakeholder collaboration
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, defining business solutions
• Bridge between business stakeholders and tech teams
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product team experience
• Excellent English and Polish communication for international collaboration
• Living in Poland

Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce-based products with focus on Service Cloud
• Manage product backlog and set priorities with business stakeholders
• Co-create product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction
• Analyze user needs and translate into business/functional requirements
• Coordinate communication with stakeholders across countries
• Monitor adoption, gather feedback, identify improvements
• Coordinate implementation of new features and support change adoption
