Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Product Owner with strong Salesforce Service Cloud experience to join our international team in Poznań. You will shape product vision, manage the backlog, and collaborate with business stakeholders across countries to deliver impactful solutions.

You will translate user needs into requirements, drive adoption, and coordinate new functionalities while guiding change management. Fluency in English and Polish is required, and at least four years in product roles is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant with a strong business focus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs, prioritise requirements, and collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practical experience with product teams.
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Developing and continuously improving Salesforce-based products, with a focus on Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Managing the product backlog and defining priorities in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Co-creating the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction.
• Analysing user needs and translating them into business and functional requirements.
• Driving communication with stakeholders across different business areas and countries.
• Monitoring product adoption and usage, gathering user feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Co-ordinating the implementation of new functionalities and supporting the change adoption process.
