Aleph in Warsaw is seeking a Sales Compensation Expert to join our Global Total Rewards team. You will design, govern and optimize sales incentive programs worldwide, owning the full cycle from plan design to communication and payment accuracy.

You’ll collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, Sales Operations, and business leaders to ensure programs drive performance while staying fair and transparent; this hands-on role reports to one manager and shapes pay structures at a global scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, govern and optimize sales incentive programs worldwide, owning the full cycle from plan design through communication and payment accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, Sales Operations, and business leaders to ensure programs drive performance while maintaining fairness and transparency.
• Hands-on role with one direct report, close to the work, the business, and strategic decisions.
