Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Expert to join our Warsaw-based team. You will shape the Total Rewards strategy for the region, support the AI transformation of HR processes, and increasingly influence pay, bonuses and benefits decisions across European countries.

You will build cost models, run salary reviews, and coordinate with HR, Finance and IT to drive digitalization. This role offers hybrid work and opportunities to impact global compensation initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits in an international environment.
Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into business insights.
Excellent Excel and data visualization capabilities.
Experience with AI in HR is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build cost models, salary budget simulations, and pay equity analyses.
Implement and develop AI-based tools in Total Rewards processes.
Run salary reviews and market analyses with benchmarks (e.g. Mercer).
Design and harmonize compensation and benefits policies across European countries.
Collaborate with HR, Finance and IT on digital transformation of compensation processes.
Prepare reports and dashboards for regional leadership.
Advise HR Business Partners on pay and benefits topics.
Participate in global salary structure reviews and incentive programs.
