Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Sales Effectiveness Manager to drive adoption and execution of strategic enablement initiatives across the global sales organisation. You will translate priorities into practical programmes, develop high quality enablement content, and support change adoption to embed new processes and tools in day-to-day seller activity.

The role collaborates with Sales Effectiveness, Revenue Enablement, SAM, Product and Operations to bridge revenue strategy and field

Qualifications

Experience in sales enablement, sales effectiveness, programme management and/or commercial operations.
Experience working with global sales teams and developing enablement content.
Experience facilitating workshops and group discussions.
Experience supporting organisational change or adoption initiatives.

Responsibilities

Enablement Programme Delivery: design and execute programmes to drive awareness, readiness and adoption across sales teams.
Content Development & Communications: create playbooks, guides and learning resources tailored to sales communities.
Adoption & Change Management: develop adoption plans and measure engagement and outcomes.
Facilitation & Community Engagement: run workshops and build relationships with sales leaders and SMEs.
Collaborator Management: coordinate between sponsors, programme owners and sales communities.
Programme Execution: plan, govern and deliver multiple initiatives with timely communication.
