Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group in Poland is seeking a Senior Content Specialist to strengthen quality and delivery of Deals and Private Markets Data. You’ll document business needs, build functional specs, and guide content initiatives from planning through implementation.

You will collaborate across teams, support helpdesk issues, refine collection methodologies, and ensure content meets internal benchmarks while aligning with regulatory and market needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Relevant Industry Certification (e.g. LSS Green Belt, FISD FIA, PMP).
• Moderate relevant technical or Content specialization experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads low to medium complexity projects and documents End to End data flows for content from source to product.
• Supports helpdesk issues that require deeper content knowledge and trains on new processes.
• Partners with Content Operations to clarify policies and refine collection methodologies.
• Identifies impacts of market/regulatory changes on content and supports process improvements.
