Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Data Transformation Lead to drive content operations modernization, from product strategy to adoption. You will bridge business, operations, and technology to deliver scalable, automated solutions aligned with strategic goals.

You will own roadmaps, partner across teams, and lead measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and risk management through data-driven, governance-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Business Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience leading business transformation, technology, or operational improvement initiatives.
• Experience defining product requirements, roadmaps, and business cases; leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision, roadmap, and priorities for content infrastructure capabilities.
• Lead technology-enabled transformation initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Build strong relationships across Product, Technology, Operations, Data Strategy, Risk, and Governance teams.
• Define KPIs and success measures to monitor product performance, adoption, and business value.
