Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Sales Effectiveness Manager to drive adoption and execution of strategic enablement initiatives across the global sales organisation. Role Purpose

The Sales Effectiveness Manager, reporting into the Global Sales Effectiveness Lead, is responsible for driving adoption, readiness and execution of strategic non-product-related initiatives across the global sales organisation. Working closely with Sales Effectiveness, Revenue Enablement, SAM (Sales and Account Management), Product, Operations and more across the business, the role will translate business priorities into practical, community-focused enablement programmes that help colleagues understand, adopt and efficiently implement new processes, tools, technologies and ways of working. You will be accountable for crafting impactful enablement content, facilitating engagement across sales communities, supporting change adoption efforts and ensuring critical initiatives are embedded into day-to-day seller activities. This position plays a meaningful role in bridging the gap between revenue & business strategy and field execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enablement Programme Delivery
    • Support the design and execution of enablement programmes that drive awareness, readiness and adoption across Sales Specialists, Account Managers and Customer Success communities.
    • Convert sophisticated business initiatives into clear and actionable communications, toolkits and learning resources.
    • Partner with collaborators to identify desired business outcomes and develop adoption plans aligned to those objectives.
    • Support global launches of non-product initiatives, including tools, processes, methodologies, operating models and strategic programmes.
  • Content Development & Communications
    • Create high-quality enablement materials including: playbooks, Battle-cards, guides, presentations, learning resources, communication assets, executive updates.
    • Ensure content is tailored to individual sales communities and user groups.
    • Translate strategic concepts into practical guidance that can be immediately applied by field teams.
  • Adoption & Change Management
    • Develop and implement adoption plans for critical initiatives.
    • Capture engagement and adoption metrics to find opportunities for improvement.
    • Collect feedback from sales communities and provide recommendations to team members.
    • Act as a champion for organisational change standards across programmes.
  • Facilitation & Community Engagement
    • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, community meetings and leadership discussions.
    • Build trusted relationships with sales leaders, SMEs and field teams.
    • Coordinate speaker participation and subject matter expertise where required.
    • Develop engaging and interactive experiences that drive participation and learning.
  • Collaborator Management
    • Serve as a key point of coordination between business sponsors, programme owners and sales communities.
    • Work across multiple teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
    • Support senior leaders in preparing communications and engagement activities.
  • Programme Execution
    • Support planning, governance and delivery of multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Track actions, risks and dependencies where required.
    • Coordinate delivery timelines and engagement activities across global teams.
    • Ensure programmes maintain momentum and achieve desired outcomes.
Required Experience
  • Experience in sales enablement, sales effectiveness, programme management, change management and/or commercial operations.
  • Experience working with sales teams in a global environment.
  • Experience developing enablement content and communication materials or sales teams’ adoption toolkits.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and group discussions.
  • Experience supporting organisational change or adoption initiatives.

Compensation Information

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between 140,700 zł - 211,100 zł. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan ("bonus plan"). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
