Job summary

Henley & Partners - The Firm of Global Citizens® is seeking a Performance Manager to support front-line client-facing staff in the HNWI and UHNWI space. You will develop sales capability, guide business development strategy, and strengthen relationship-based client engagement while working with sales managers to lift performance.

Travel to regional offices as needed, deliver live coaching, and track progress for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience across professional services, sales, sales management, and/or performance coaching of sales professionals.
Direct exposure to HNWI and UHNWI client environments is required.
Experience in financial services, private client advisory, wealth management, or related professional services is preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify development areas and create targeted coaching plans for team members.
Coach individuals on strategy, pipeline activity, and commercial focus using data and client outcomes.
Ensure consistent application of Relationship Capital strategies across coached teams.
Develop and refine standards, best practices, and practical coaching guidance.
Conduct live observation of business development with structured post-session feedback.
Facilitate small-group coaching and peer learning to embed best practices.
Run sales meeting role plays and objection-handling simulations.
Travel to regional offices to deliver live coaching sessions.
Collaborate with sales managers to align coaching with targets and performance goals.
Track and report progress to senior stakeholders.
