Job summary

360Dialog GmbH in Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding for enterprise clients, including WABA setup, number registration, template approvals, and API integrations. You will own the onboarding plan, define milestones and risk mitigations, and serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts.

You will coordinate with Product, Engineering and Support, track KPIs and timelines, run status calls, and drive cross-functional alignment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within SaaS, martech, or B2B tech environments.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects/clients with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management — able to align internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) and external clients.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Comfortable working with project tracking tools.
• Data-driven mindset — able to define, track, and report on project KPIs and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus, e.g., Russian, Spanish, Portuguese)

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding end-to-end — WABA setup, number registration, template approvals, and technical integration (API, CRM/Salesforce)
• Plan and manage WhatsApp campaign sendouts, including template classification, scheduling, and delivery troubleshooting
• Act as primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, running status calls and managing escalations
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and keep projects on track
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status tracking
• Identify process gaps and contribute to onboarding/sendout playbooks
