Job summary

360Dialog is a fully remote company offering an opportunity to shape the future of business messaging. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead onboarding for enterprise clients, coordinate with Product, Engineering and Support, and ensure timely delivery of WhatsApp campaigns.

You will manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, global environment, using Agile, Scrum or hybrid methods.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within SaaS, martech, or B2B tech environments.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects/clients with competing priorities and deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management — able to align internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) and external clients
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Comfortable working with project tracking tools
• Data-driven mindset — able to define, track, and report on project KPIs and timelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus, e.g., Russian, Spanish, Portuguese)

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding end-to-end — WABA setup, number registration, template approvals, and technical integration (API, CRM/Salesforce)
• Plan and manage WhatsApp campaign sendouts, including template classification, scheduling and delivery troubleshooting
• Act as primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, running status calls and managing escalations
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and keep projects on track
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status tracking
• Identify process gaps and contribute to onboarding/sendout playbooks
