Job summary

Citi Solutions Center Poland in Warszawa is hiring a Client Onboarding Senior Analyst to manage end-to-end account opening and maintenance for EMEA clients. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams to tailor, issue, validate, and execute documentation, ensuring timely, accurate processing and strong controls.

The role requires 5-8 years of experience in onboarding or documentation review, excellent English, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in documentation review and account maintenance; cash products are a plus.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient knowledge of English (written and spoken); another European language is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high diligence and organization.
• Project management and financial cost management experience a plus.
• Strong execution and prioritization with a focus on controls and risk.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail; able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work during public holidays on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, issue documents, review and set up systems.
• Ensure timely, accurate account opening and maintenance actions with high service quality.
• Manage in-process, pended, and service activities across accounts and scenarios.
• Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate with senior-level stakeholders.
• Develop new procedures and address complex issues affecting the department.
• Understand client requirements and support new initiatives.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and drive process improvements; maintain robust controls.
• Establish risk management practices and minimize transaction defects.
