Job summary

Sport Alliance seeks an experienced VP Onboarding to own the global onboarding function. You will define standards, playbooks, and quality metrics, leading onboarding teams across Australia, the USA, Germany, and Poland.

Drive go-live speed and scalable processes while partnering with Sales on pipeline readiness and capacity planning. The role requires 8+ years in Enterprise SaaS onboarding or similar, with senior leadership exposure, an operational mindset, and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• Extensive Enterprise SaaS onboarding/implementation experience
• Senior leadership experience across regions
• Proven ability to scale onboarding organizations
• Operational mindset with process discipline
• Knowledge of platform configuration, data migration, API integrations
• Strong stakeholder management with exec-level communication
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI to drive operations
• Experience with fitness/wellness or membership platforms (advantage)

Responsibilities

• Own the global onboarding strategy, operating model, and quality standards
• Define the global onboarding playbook and methodology for regional teams
• Build, lead, and develop onboarding teams across Australia, USA, Germany and Poland
• Own go-live speed, onboarding quality, and capacity with regular leadership reporting
• Act as senior escalation point for complex enterprise onboardings
• Partner with Sales on pipeline readiness and capacity planning
• Balance global consistency with regional and customer-segment needs
• Own the budget and resource planning for onboarding
