Job summary

Sport Alliance GmbH is seeking a VP Onboarding to own the global onboarding function, setting standards, playbooks, and the quality bar across markets including Australia, the USA, Germany, and Poland. You’ll design the structure, leaders, and processes enabling fast, predictable go-lives at scale.

You’ll lead distributed teams with an operational mindset, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Sales on capacity planning while balancing global consistency with regional needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Enterprise SaaS implementation, onboarding, or Technical Customer Success with senior leadership experience.
• Proven success building and scaling onboarding or implementation across regions.
• Experience leading distributed, multi-time-zone teams.
• Strong operational mindset for structured execution and improvement.
• Solid understanding of platform configuration, data migration and API integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management with executives and enterprise customers.
• Hands-on experience using AI to drive operational impact.

Responsibilities

• Own global onboarding strategy, operating model, and quality standards.
• Define the global onboarding playbook for regional adaptation.
• Build, lead, and develop onboarding teams across regions.
• Own key metrics: go-live speed, onboarding quality, capacity; report to leadership.
• Escalation point for complex, at-risk onboardings.
• Partner with Sales on pipeline readiness and capacity planning.
• Balance global consistency with regional/customer needs; manage budget and resources.
