Job summary

MAHLE GmbH in Wrocław, Poland, seeks a Logistic Project Specialist on a fixed-term contract to lead supplier onboarding for key logistics and digitalization projects across the EMEA region, including SAP MM/S4HANA integration.

You will coordinate deployment milestones, collaborate with plants, Purchasing, IT/SAP teams, suppliers and external partners, and contribute to onboarding standards while supporting a fast-paced, multinational delivery model.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in production and/or logistics, preferably within the automotive industry.
Experience with supplier onboarding is a strong advantage.
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
Experience with SAP MM processes and cross-functional processes.
Strong communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support supplier deployment projects (SupplyOn SCC, Classic EDI, ASN/GTL).
Track milestones, negotiate solutions, and drive change adoption.
Collaborate with plants, Purchasing, IT/SAP teams, suppliers, and partners.
Support deployment projects and ensure smooth handover to operations.
Contribute to onboarding processes and deployment standards.
Apply and develop onboarding expertise within global delivery organization.
