Job summary

Box is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Warsaw to manage interview scheduling, logistics, and candidate communications for Poland and the EMEA region. You will welcome onsite candidates, support recruiting events, and partner with recruiters to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, with 2+ years in coordination or people operations, capable of handling multiple priorities and collaborating across global teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in coordination, talent operations, guest services, people operations, or program management.
• Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse teams.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews for Poland and EMEA recruiting teams across multiple time zones.
• Maintain recruiting calendars and preempt scheduling conflicts.
• Welcome candidates in Warsaw and represent Box Poland.
• Build trusted partnerships with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates to keep hiring efficient and high quality.
• Manage a high volume of priorities with professionalism and empathy.
• Support opening and management of requisitions and assist with sourcing and offers.
