Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment Coordination, Talent Acquisition, RPO, HR Operations, or a similar administrative role.
• German language proficiency at B2 level or higher (mandatory).
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communications and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
• Support end-to-end recruitment administration and maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist with job postings, candidate tracking, and recruitment reporting.
• Ensure recruitment processes are completed in line with agreed service levels and compliance requirements.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring activities and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare recruitment-related documentation and maintain data accuracy across systems.
• Monitor recruitment workflows and proactively identify process improvement opportunities.
• Support onboarding coordination and other recruitment operational activities as required.
