Job summary

Zoomlion Polska is recruiting an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end processes for assigned roles in Poland. You will collaborate with hiring managers, build sourcing channels, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The role requires on-site work in an international environment. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in recruitment, excellent Polish and English, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude and initiative.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent Polish.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles (job postings, CV screening, interview coordination).
• Close collaboration with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide recommendation.
• Building and optimizing effective candidate sourcing channel.
• Creating and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
