Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned countries.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in payroll execution.
• Maintain employee data in Workday and local payroll systems.
• Handle payroll interfaces, reporting, and audits.
• Perform data validation checks before payroll runs.
• Manage statutory deductions and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and external payroll vendors.
• Support payroll projects, including system upgrades and testing.
