Job summary

Hager Group in Tychy, Poland, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our HR Shared Service Centre and support payroll operations for multiple countries. You will work with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to ensure accurate, on-time payroll processing and compliance while supporting year-end activities and data quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in payroll administration or payroll coordination.
• Experience working with external payroll providers.
• Experience in an international company or Shared Service Centre environment is an advantage.
• Exposure to multi-country payroll processes will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Operations: Collect, verify and process monthly payroll inputs.
• Maintain and update employee payroll-related data.
• Ensure payroll activities are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor payroll calendars, timelines and key deadlines.
