Job summary

Box Poland is hiring a Payroll Specialist to support international payroll inputs and ensure accurate, compliant processing. You will work closely with global providers, verify starter documentation, and handle contractual changes alongside the People Operations team.

Proficiency in Workday and CloudPay will be essential. You will communicate effectively in English and Polish, manage confidential information with care, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• English and Polish language skills required.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
• Experience in payroll / HR operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support in collecting and preparing monthly international payroll inputs.
• Assist in relations with global payroll providers and ensure timely reports.
• Collect and validate new starter documents, payroll tax forms, and bank details.
• Coordinate with People Operations to confirm inputs for contractual changes and variable payroll inputs.
• Prepare monthly payroll for submission to the external Payroll Provider using Workday and CloudPay.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
• Support ad‑hoc and year‑end payroll activities for the International Payroll team.
• Liaise with People Ops, Benefits, Commissions, and Equity teams as needed.
