Job summary

Strada Inc. is seeking a Delivery Analyst to provide payroll accounting and funding expertise for clients. The role involves reconciling general ledger accounts, bank reconciliations, and ensuring accurate payroll postings across systems.

You’ll collaborate with auditors, support implementations and go-lives, and respond to audit requests. Strong English, attention to detail, and 1–3 years using Workday or similar tools are expected.

Qualifications

• Payroll and financial reporting experience preferred.
• Accounting experience is required.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience using Workday or similar accounting systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile general ledger accounts comparing payroll activity against the general ledger and bank accounts.
• Prepare bank account reconciliations from payroll data and banking data to identify adjustments.
• Reconcile funding activity at company and employee level to verify third party payments.
• Review Payroll to General Ledger interface reports and perform reclassifications for payroll entries.
• Provide daily functional support to the teams to ensure successful delivery of General Ledger documents and files.
• Perform financial audits, analyze data, reconcile payroll results, and balance GL interface transmittals.
