Job summary

Strada in Poland is seeking a Payroll Operations specialist to support associates and specialists through end-to-end payroll processing in line with client standards. You will monitor calendars, handle tickets and SLAs, and use hrX suite tools to ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery.

The role emphasizes data security, compliance and process documentation, with coaching and development of the team, and active participation in projects.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll end to end according to defined standards.
• Follow payroll calendar and handle changes via change control.
• Manage ticket queues with BI tools to meet timelines and quality.
• Monitor and meet client SLAs; root cause analysis as needed.
• Utilize hrX tools for payroll activities.
• Conduct RCA when issues cause client escalations.
• Adhere to security procedures and protect confidential information.
• Ensure SOC compliance and proper time recordings.
• Follow Defined Work Instructions and participate in projects.
