Responsibilities

• Process payroll end-to-end according to defined standards and client requirements.
• Monitor ticket queues and ensure timely resolution using BI tools.
• Understand and interpret payslips and payroll calendar; follow DWIs.
• Provide clear knowledge transfers to peers and support RCA processes.
