Job summary

Strada Inc. is seeking a Delivery professional in Katowice to support client engagement, ensuring accurate information and timely delivery.

You will guide implementations and go-lives, provide daily functional support to payroll teams, and maintain essential process documentation. You will maintain the Client Solution workbook, enforce DWIs, and sign off on System Maintenance Testing while addressing escalated issues.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating client implementations and go-lives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to train and coach team members.
• Proactive in identifying process improvements and upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support Managers with client engagement ensuring information is accurate and provided on time.
• Provide support and guidance for all implementations and go-lives.
• Provide daily functional support to the teams to support the delivery of payrolls.
• Maintain the Client Solution workbook and update Defined Work Instructions (DWIs) and other process documentation.
• Ensure and sign off System Maintenance Testing.
• Review Statements of Work for fit-for-purpose before sharing with the Client.
• Resolve technical/functional issues escalated from the team with proper logging and evidences.
• Collaborate with Operational Management, Transformation and Products to implement automation and continuous improvement.
• Manage the legislation roadmap and upskill the team on upcoming changes.
• Support Year End activities and maintain security standards.
