• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• HRIS knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing and data management to meet SLA KPIs.
• Resolve client queries with payroll expertise and knowledge of country-specific rules.
• Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely ticket/log updates.
• Follow instructions and update DWIs; escalate gaps to Service Manager.
