Job summary

Strada is a payroll and technology leader delivering international workforce management across 180+ countries. The role focuses on processing payroll end-to-end, adhering to defined standards and client requirements, while leveraging HRx tools and BI systems to maintain SLAs and drive operational excellence.

The position emphasizes compliance, data security, and teamwork, with opportunities for growth across projects and regions within a global, people-centric organization.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll from end to end according to defined standards and client requirements.
• Follow the Payroll calendar and manage deviations via change control.
• Monitor ticket queues with BI tools to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor client SLAs and report root causes and actions to the manager.
• Utilize hrX suite for payroll processing and related activities.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for client escalations and implement mitigations.
• Identify deviations from the defined scope of service and manage change requests.
• Understand standard and client-specific payroll reports as required by the contract.
• Coach team members, develop action plans, and provide feedback and updates.
• Support SOC compliance and ensure security procedures are followed.
• Ensure adherence to all security and systems usage policies.
• Manage time recordings and monitor schedule adherence, productivity, and capacity.
• Support technical issue coordination and resolution.
• Maintain professional environment and enforce business etiquette.
• Participate in projects and activities as needed.
