Job summary

Strada is hiring a Payroll Service Manager with German to join our team. You will lead payroll processing end-to-end for multi-country clients, ensure calendar adherence, and manage ticket queues and SLAs using BI tools.

You will use hrX tools, perform RCA on escalations, and drive improvements while maintaining SOC and data security standards. The role demands coaching of team members, effective communication with clients, and strong focus on contract scope and change management.

Qualifications

• Support payroll end-to-end according to defined standards and client requirements.
• Follow payroll calendar; manage deviations via change control.
• Monitor ticket queues with BI tools to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Manage client SLAs using BI tools and provide root-cause actions to management.
• Utilize hrX suite for payroll processing and related activities.
• Conduct RCA when issues cause client escalation and implement mitigating actions.
• Identify deviations from contract scope and follow Change Request process.
• Understand standard and client-specific payroll reports as required.
• Coach and develop actions to maximize performance and share updates.
• Support SOC compliance and follow security procedures; manage security incidents.

Responsibilities

• Support associates and specialists to independently process payroll end-to-end.
• Ensure adherence to payroll calendar and change control handling.
• Track tickets and SLA performance using BI tools and report variances.
• Coordinate with clients to meet defined service levels and quality.
• Operate hrX payroll tools and perform related activities.
• Lead RCA when escalations occur and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor contract scope and execute change requests as needed.
• Provide accurate payroll reports and customer-facing insights.
• Coach team members to improve performance and compliance.
• Maintain SOC compliance and data security in daily activities.
