Job summary

Strada is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage the end-to-end payroll lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing across the client base.

You will work with Dutch and English, use MS Office tools, and support a global, fast-paced environment while maintaining data confidentiality and compliance. Join Strada to contribute to our people-first solutions and develop expertise in HR outsourcing within a multinational context.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in HR Outsourcing or similar setting.
• Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform all life-cycle payroll transactions to ensure accurate, timely processing.
• Support and manage payroll tasks using client-specific standards and ticket systems.
• Monitor ticket queues and meet defined timelines.
• Interpret payslips and payroll calendars and respond to payroll inquiries.
• Produce payroll reports and validate data for accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and participate in projects as needed.
