Fundraise Up, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Global Payroll and Benefits Lead to own end-to-end payroll, equity, and benefits across all countries we operate in. You will build calendars, controls, and processes to ensure on-time, accurate payments and compliant data.

You'll work with Finance and Legal to maintain cap tables, run a global payroll calendar, and improve manual processes. We expect strong ownership, problem solving, and a passion for scalable systems in a remote, international

Formación

• 7+ years in global payroll, total rewards, benefits, HRIS, or people ops with multi-country ownership.
• Direct-entity, EOR/PEO, and contractor populations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Hands-on with bonuses/variable compensation and controls.
• Equity program design or administration experience.
• Auditing HRIS (e.g., BambooHR) data governance, workflows and reporting.
• Knowledge of payroll compliance, equity tax, ASC 718.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end global payroll delivery for employees and contractors with accurate, timely payments.
• Calculate and validate variable compensation and bonuses with oversight across inputs and approvals.
• Build and run a global payroll calendar with cutoffs, reviews, and funding timelines.
• Design and administer equity and long-term incentive programs and maintain cap-table integrity.
• Own global benefits across markets, balancing value, compliance, and cost.
• Monitor benefits usage and competitiveness; recommend data-driven changes.
• Manage payroll/equity data across BambooHR, Justworks, Remote, and Carta; ensure integrations and reporting.
• Oversee EOR/PEO relationships; governance, contracts, funding, SLAs, and escalations.
• Identify recurring failures and implement sustainable fixes rather than workarounds.
