Job summary

Teva is seeking a Senior Director, Global Payroll Operations to lead in-country payroll teams and partner with HR, Finance, and other functions. The role focuses on operational excellence, governance, and a standardized, digitally enabled payroll model across 30,000+ employees globally.

The ideal candidate will drive strategy, modernization and risk management while building high-performing teams and ensuring compliance in a complex multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive, multi-country payroll experience in a large organization.
• Proven experience leading global teams and driving transformation.
• Experience with ADP payroll solutions and SAP/SuccessFactors is advantageous.
• Strong vendor-management, governance and risk oversight skills.
• Familiarity with data privacy, SOX and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-country payroll teams and partner with HR, Finance, IT, and vendors.
• Develop and execute a multi-year global payroll strategy and operating model.
• Modernize payroll systems and data ownership for scalable delivery.
• Enhance employee experience through automation, self-service and AI-enabled support.
• Oversee payroll governance, KPIs, controls and regulatory readiness.
