Job summary

itD is seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage accurate, compliant, and timely payroll operations across multiple EMEA countries, including in-house processing and coordination with local vendors.

You will review payments to employees and authorities, prepare wage-tax returns, and partner with HR and Finance to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance. Strong Excel and English communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of payroll experience across multiple countries.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• English language proficiency.
• Ability to collaborate with HR and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processes across multiple EMEA countries.
• Review and control payroll-related payments to employees, tax authorities, and social security offices.
• Prepare monthly wage-tax returns.
• Process payroll-related journal entries into the general ledger.
• Partner with HR and Finance for inquiries and issue resolution.
• Analyze changes to social security, benefits, and wage-tax legislation.
• Validate and report payroll data to stakeholders.
