Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Payroll Analyst for the Global Payroll Team to support end-to-end payroll processing and continuous improvement across multiple countries. The role requires SAP knowledge, ADP GV experience, and strong testing and data-analysis capabilities. Workday knowledge is a plus.

The team handles payroll activities for thousands of employees globally, offering remote work and development opportunities within a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end payroll processing.

Payroll Analyst – Global Payroll Team

For Global Payroll Team we are looking for Payroll Analyst who has a background and experience related to Payroll roles.

In this project we need strong individuals who are detail oriented, have knowledge of SAP and ideally workday, have experience in testing of data and drawing conclusions from the analysis as well as driving solutions for gaps identified during testing.

You will be responsible for support for troubleshooting, automation and continues improvement for payroll integrations (Workday to ADP GV) and payroll engine.

Requirements

• Experience in payroll end to end processing
• SAP knowledge
• System ADP GV
• Project coordination experience in new projects implementation and improvement
• Payroll / finance experience and knowledge
• Testing /data comparison / analysis
• Payroll experience of at least 1 of the following countries: UK, Ireland, Netherlands, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Poland, Belgium, Norway other EMEAR countries
• English - fluent
• Workday knowledge on HR side - nice to have
