Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring a Payroll Analyst in Warsaw for a hybrid role that supports payroll operations across assigned EMEA countries. You will partner with HR, Finance and external vendors to deliver accurate, compliant payroll services while driving standardization and automation.

This role offers exposure to multi-country payroll, ongoing process improvements, and opportunities to influence payroll governance and policy within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting payroll operations in at least two EMEA countries.
• Knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes, taxes, and payroll accounting.
• Experience working with outsourced payroll providers.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with payroll data.
• Experience with systems such as Workday, ADP Celergo/Global View, SAP, Service Now or similar.
• Shared Services or global business services experience preferred.
• Fluent English required; an additional European language is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Validate payroll inputs and outputs with external payroll providers.
• Resolving employee payroll queries and investigating discrepancies.
• Partnering with HR, Benefits, Finance, and Accounting teams.
• Supporting payroll governance meetings and vendor reviews.
• Identifying opportunities for payroll process improvement and automation.
• Supporting payroll-related projects, acquisitions, and system enhancements.
