Job summary

WNS is seeking an experienced P2P Manager to lead the performance and delivery of Purchase-to-Pay operations across a global organization. You will ensure compliant, high-quality service while driving standardization, automation and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with Finance, Procurement and IT, managing relationships with internal and external providers. Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in P2P, leadership experience, and strong knowledge of SAP/Oracle/Coupa/Ariba, plus English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7–10 years of P2P experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience with multi-site P2P operations and outsourced/BPO partners.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end P2P service delivery and performance across internal and external delivery models.
• Partner with GPO Leads to drive standardization, automation and continuous improvement of P2P services.
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction metrics to drive quality and efficiency.
• Act as the escalation point for operational and service-related issues.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, IT and business markets.
• Lead governance forums to review service performance and improvement opportunities.
