Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Lead SAP MM / Procure-to-Pay Consultant to steer international SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout programs. You will drive end-to-end P2P design through SAP Ariba, MM, and OpenText VIM while collaborating with global business and IT stakeholders.

The role requires deep experience in SAP MM and P2P, with a track record of successful global rollouts, and fluency in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP consulting experience with hands-on SAP MM and P2P
• Proven track record leading full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Strong expertise across MM, Ariba, VIM, and end-to-end procurement
• Experience with SAP integrations across MM, FI/AP, Logistics
• Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery experience
• Fluent Polish and English (minimum B2)

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP MM and Procure-to-Pay workstreams in international implementations and rollouts.
• Design and implement end-to-end P2P solutions across SAP Ariba, MM, and OpenText VIM.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Configure and optimize SAP MM processes with Finance and Logistics.
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analyses, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage stakeholders and coordinate project teams across regions.
