Job summary

WNS is seeking an experienced P2P Manager to lead the performance and delivery of Purchase-to-Pay operations across a global organization. You will ensure compliant, high-quality service while driving standardization, automation and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with Finance, Procurement and IT, managing relationships with internal and external providers. Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in P2P, leadership experience, and strong knowledge of SAP/Oracle/Coupa/Ariba, plus English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7–10 years of P2P experience with leadership exposure.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced P2P Manager to take responsibility for the performance and delivery of Purchase-to-Pay operations across a global organization.

In this role, you will ensure efficient, compliant and high-quality P2P service delivery while driving process standardization, automation and continuous improvement. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement and IT and manage relationships with internal and external service providers.

Your responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end P2P service delivery and performance across internal and external delivery models.
• Partner with GPO Leads to drive the strategic direction of P2P services, including standardization, automation and continuous improvement.
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs and customer satisfaction metrics to drive service quality and efficiency.
• Act as the key escalation point for operational and service-related issues.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, IT and business markets.
• Lead regular governance forums to review service performance and improvement opportunities.
• Manage the P2P OPEX budget and drive cost efficiencies.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements and data governance standards.
• Lead and develop teams and support P2P transformation and change initiatives.

What we’re looking for

• 7–10 years of experience in P2P operations, including 3–5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end P2P processes, including requisitioning, purchasing, invoice processing and disbursements.
• Experience managing global or multi-site P2P operations, ideally within a Shared Services, GBS or BPO environment.
• Experience working with outsourced/BPO partners.
• Proven track record of process standardization, automation and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing operational budgets and achieving cost efficiencies.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, internal audit and data governance.
• Experience with ERP and P2P technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa or Ariba.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence working with senior Finance leaders and Finance Directors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project and change management skills.Li>
• Proven leadership capabilities, including team development and performance management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluency in English

Nice to have:

Master’s degree, CPA/CIMA/ACCA certification, or experience with P2P system implementations and optimizations.
