Job summary

RGP is seeking a seasoned Business Process Expert to strengthen our Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay landscape, leveraging SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua and other cloud procurement suites.

The role focuses on end-to-end process excellence, ERP knowledge, and data-driven problem solving to deliver measurable business improvements across global regions.

Qualifications

Business Process Expert – Global Source to Pay (S2P)

Individual contributor (SME) role reporting into the Global Business Process Owner

We are looking for a seasoned Business Process Expert to strengthen our Source-to-Pay (S2P)/ Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and other leading cloud procurement suites such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua landscape. The role requires strong end-to-end process expertise, ERP knowledge, and a continuous improvement mindset to support regional stakeholders.

• Act as business process expert for end‑to‑end processes with focus on S2P and procurement processes.
• Analyse, standardize and continuously optimize business processes across global/regional stakeholders.
• Data‑driven problem solver with the ability to break complex issues into actionable priorities.
• Ability to translate complex challenges into clear, data‑driven solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Strong blend of process expertise and digital fluency, leveraging automation and emerging technologies to create scalable, future‑ready solutions.
• Support business users as key contact for process and system topics (Incl. ERP & other procurement systems)

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or comparable qualification.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Hands‑on experience in handling processes including direct and/or indirect sourcing, invoice to pay, Vendor master data, Controls.
• Experience in process re‑engineering/improvements, optimization and stakeholder management.
• Exposure to automation, AI‑driven initiatives, and digital transformation projects.
• Analytical, structured and solution‑oriented working style.

Job requirements

• Mandatory Source‑To‑Pay process expertise
• Domain expertise in leading procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, GEP SMART, SAP HANA, or similar cloud‑based suites.
• Hands‑on expertise in solution design, configuration, and process ownership
