Job summary

Arcadis Warsaw seeks a senior Procure-to-Pay Leader to own global Vendor Master Data Management, Requisitioning, Purchase Ordering, and Content Management, aligning with Accounts Payable and ERP systems. You will define governance, standards, and transformation roadmaps across regions, ensuring compliant, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, or a related discipline.
• 12–16 years of procurement operations, Procure-to-Pay, or related domains.
• Demonstrated expertise in procurement operating models, governance frameworks, and ERP-enabled procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Owns Vendor Master Data Management, Requisitioning, Purchase Ordering, and Content Management operating model, governance framework, methodologies, policies, controls, process standards, performance framework, transformation roadmap, and ERP business requirements.
• Leads global Procure-to-Pay governance, policies, controls, and transformation roadmap.
• Partners with Finance, Accounts Payable, Technology, and Business stakeholders to align standards and practices.
• Drives process automation, standardization, and digital transformation initiatives in P2P.
• Ensures compliance, audit readiness, and operational excellence across regions.
