Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator in Warsaw to ensure smooth order flow, manage distributor accounts, and monitor KPIs. The role involves updating internal systems and supporting complaints processing while coordinating information across departments.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a similar role, strong English and Polish, and excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Polish language proficiency at fluent level.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Highly developed communication skills.
• Very good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive handling of orders and management of distributor accounts.
• Monitoring and controlling operational targets (KPIs).
• Supporting complaint and claims processes.
• Updating data in internal systems.
• Developing and updating procedures in line with current business needs.
• Coordinating the flow of information between company departments.
