Responsibilities

• Analyzing purchase requisitions and managing purchase orders
• Supporting export control and licensing processes
• Managing material sales, substitutions, and related order flows
• Handling sales orders, stock transfers, and returns
• Preparing regular reports and resolving issues with front-office teams
• Monitoring stock levels and optimizing using SAP
• Maintaining process documentation and standards
• Organizing and participating in meetings
• Communicating with suppliers and clients daily
• Ensuring service levels and performance targets
• Identifying process gaps and proposing improvements
