Job summary

Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG in Wroclaw offers an internship in an international team. You will support order processing by booking sales orders, verifying data, and assisting daily administrative tasks while collaborating with sales and internal colleagues.

We seek students actively pursuing a degree who are fluent in English and Polish (German is a plus). The role features a hybrid schedule, a central Wroclaw office, and remuneration with access to our internal training platform.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree
• Fluency in both English and Polish, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
• Knowledge of German is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and eager to learn

Responsibilities

• Booking sales orders based on purchase orders received from customers and sales representatives
• Assisting with daily business activities and administrative tasks
• Ensuring accuracy of order details, including quantities, prices, delivery dates, and customer information
• Working closely with the sales department and other internal departments
• Entering and maintaining data in the customer portal
