Job summary

limango in Wrocław, Poland, is seeking a Junior Supply Chain Coordinator to join our on-site team. The role focuses on daily control, reporting, and analysis of the external warehouse and overall supply chain, resolving transport and inbound/outbound issues, and coordinating with internal departments on logistics costs.

We offer hybrid work after training, two office days in Wrocław, and opportunities for career growth within a European e-commerce platform.

Qualifications

Commercial training or BA with initial logistics/supply chain experience preferred.
Excellent Excel skills.
Strong numerical ability and mental arithmetic.
Willingness to travel to Munich or within Poland once per year.
Very good English (B2) written and spoken.
Office in Wroclaw with hybrid work option after training.

Responsibilities

Daily control, reporting and analysis of the external warehouse and overall supply chain; resolve issues in transport, inbound and outbound.
Coordinate with internal departments on logistics issues, invoicing and costs (packaging, forwarding, carrier costs/credit notes).
Organize transports and negotiate transport prices; manage your area of responsibility.
