Job summary

The Nederman Group in Poland is seeking an Order Administrator to register customer orders in the IFS system, place purchase orders with internal and external suppliers, and handle order fulfillment details.

You will monitor orders, manage a team, and participate in process administration, with a focus on accurate invoicing and timely delivery; a technical background and strong English are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Responsibility, strong communication skills, and determination in achieving goals.
• Ability to work under time pressure, proactive attitude, initiative, and customer-oriented mindset.
• Higher education degree (technical background is considered an advantage).
• Knowledge of IFS or other ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Register customer orders in the IFS system.
• Place purchase orders with internal and external suppliers.
• Handle email correspondence regarding order fulfillment details with customers and suppliers.
• Verify, review, and process supplier invoices in the IFS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance of documents.
• Monitor ongoing orders and ensure timely execution and delivery.
• Manage and coordinate the work of the team reporting to you.
• Administer processes related to customer orders.
