Job summary

PPG in Gdynia is seeking a customer operations professional to develop order management and customer service skills in a collaborative, international setting. You will enter orders, monitor status, and coordinate with sales, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure timely shipments.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset, with exposure to Europe-wide teams and the flexibility of Hybrid Fridays.

Qualifications

• Turkish fluency (spoken and written) required.
• English conversational level.
• At least 1 year in customer service or order management.
• Familiarity with SAP or another ERP system is a plus.
• Experience or studies in logistics is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and proactive problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage customer orders accurately in the system.
• Monitor order status and proactively follow up with customers.
• Coordinate communication between sales, supply chain, and pricing teams.
• Process invoices, credits/debits, and handle non-technical complaints.
• Coordinate delivery logistics with warehouses and transport providers.
• Monitor stock levels and support product availability.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through responsiveness.
