Georg Fischer is seeking an IT On-Site Support Specialist to act as the face of IT, providing expert support for mission-critical applications and infrastructure across locations. You will procure, configure, deploy, and decommission IT equipment, with telephony support as needed.

The role requires 3+ years in service desk or advanced IT support, strong local network management skills, and fluency in Polish and English. The position is on-site in Poland with opportunities to support global sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in service desk or advanced IT support.
• Experience in managing a local network.
• Experience in troubleshooting systems.
• Proficient with Windows OS and standard technologies.
• Able to communicate in Polish and English with internal users and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Advanced troubleshooting of technology issues.
• Procure, configure, deploy, decommission IT equipment.
• Telephony support as needed.
• Manage local IT agreements and invoicing.
• Remote support of sites as needed.
• Support in development of internal applications.
• Support in Autodesk applications.
• Intrastat reporting.
• Manage LAN network across locations.
• Collaborate with end users, Service Desk, and Infrastructure teams to deliver timely, robust solutions.
