Job summary
Nord Security in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Business Development professional to drive OEM partnerships, identify strategic growth opportunities, and manage complex multi-stakeholder negotiations across global teams.
You will lead end-to-end deal cycles, assess technical feasibility, ensure product integration across Android, Windows, iOS, and custom firmwares, and analyze market trends in eSIM and cybersecurity to position our products ahead of competitors, delivering measurable value.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in high-stakes Business Development or OEM sales in tech/software
- Deep understanding of global hardware supply chains and mobile operator landscape
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to present complex technical solutions to executives
- Ability to manage partners across different time zones and cultures
Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Identify and build relationships with decision-makers OEMs
- Deal Execution: Lead full lifecycle of complex partnership agreements including feasibility, terms, and compliance
- Product Integration: Ensure product apps meet technical requirements for Android, Windows, and iOS environments
- Market Analysis: Monitor trends in eSIM and cybersecurity to position products against competitors
