Job summary

Armacell is seeking a senior professional to own the end-to-end global Customer Order Management process as design authority, shaping a future-ready service model across regions. You will define standards, governance and KPIs while driving harmonisation and continuous improvement including AI-enabled solutions.

The role requires extensive SAP ERP experience, S/4HANA transformation exposure and strong stakeholder management in a global matrix.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Order-to-Cash.
Proven track record in global process ownership, governance and operating model design across multiple regions.
Strong SAP ERP experience, preferably including S/4HANA transformation programmes.
Strong understanding of process controls, compliance and audit expectations.
Fluent English.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end global Customer Order Management process as design authority.
Define and maintain global process standards, policies, SOPs and governance.
Develop the new Customer Service operating model, including organisation and governance.
Drive process harmonisation, reviewing and approving local deviations.
Collaborate with Global Process Owners across Customer Management and Billing & Collection.
Define and maintain global KPIs, KAIs and performance frameworks.
Own the continuous improvement roadmap, including automation and AI-enabled solutions.
Act as business lead and design authority for S/4HANA and transformation initiatives.
