Job summary

GloPros in Chennai seeks an O2C process owner to lead day-to-day order management and embed ownership into the S/4HANA Release 6 team. You will translate operational needs into functional requirements and support testing in a global setting.

The role requires collaboration with Finance and Supply Chain across regions, plus documenting ownership and known issues. English proficiency and ability to work on-site in Chennai (3 days/week) are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Order-to-Cash with emphasis on process ownership and day-to-day operations.
• Familiarity with S/4HANA and Fiori interfaces is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple regional stakeholders in a global matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational activities for the order management sub-stream in O2C.
• Embed process ownership into the S/4HANA release 6 team and translate needs into requirements.
• Coordinate with local O2C and commercial teams across regions to align approaches.
• Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain to ensure end-to-end process integrity.
• Document process ownership, handovers and known issues; act as country SME when needed.
